Interactive Storytelling at the Core

Spanning 6,300 square feet, the Waymo booth highlighted the latest advancements in automated vehicle technology through an immersive and visually striking experience. At its center was a life-sized, 3D projection-mapped Waymo vehicle that drew attendees in, while a curved video wall surrounded the space with rider testimonials and showcased Waymo’s current operating locations. Anchoring the booth was Mission Control, an interactive hub where visitors engaged with illuminated 3D models of vehicles and pedestrians using tactile wooden toggle switches. A 3-foot LED sphere invited participants to suggest future Waymo locations around the globe, reinforcing the brand’s forward-looking vision through hands-on participation.

From intricate carpet inlays and overhead fact projections to multiple hanging signs with ground-to-air protection, every detail was thoughtfully integrated. The result was a seamless fusion of cutting-edge technology, refined design, and compelling brand storytelling—creating an environment that informed, engaged, and inspired.
